I can’t tell you where to get BIOS but it’s relatively easy to find them for PS1 and PS2 at least (have not tried emulating PS3 myself). You just search for one of the ones I mentioned, download a recent build, and then you will need to find one more crucial thing: console BIOS. Setting up an emulator is relatively simple. You can play the PS1 ACs on Duckstation, the PS2 ACs on PCSX2, and at least AC4 and 4A on RPCS3. Since buying these games used is insanely pricey, emulation is a must for new players.
